Essence of Men
Essence of Men is the stage two workshop for men who have attended Essentially
Men (or equivalent). It picks up where this finishes and builds on the trust
and safety already established with men to take it to another level.
Themes explored include: The Shadow; spirituality and sexuality; relating with
women; friendship, intimacy and community; mentors; archetypes of masculinity;
soulwork; and spontaneity and play.
Essence of Men is a five-day residential and takes place annually, in winter - a
time of stillness and conception and a time for tapping the hidden source of
our lives.
