Service team

Each workshop is supported by a service team of 8 - 9 men who have completed Essentially Men and further training in support skills. These men attend the workshop to continue their own work and support the process of the new men participating.

Each team has a coordinator, and the coordinators meet regularly and bring together the teams and organise the team training days.
