Men Being Real is for any man who knows he could get more out of life. Whether your life is working well or you have some things to sort out, you will find this workshop a powerful journey of personal discovery. It provides help and growth for men of all ages – for younger men making their way in the world, midlife men in transition, and older men moving to the next stage of their life as well as for men at beginning, intermediate or advanced levels of personal growth experience.

This workshop supports you as you break isolation and connect more fully to your identity as a man. You will become more available to your families, loved ones and communities, and more in touch with your purpose. You will become a better, partner, father, friend and man.

Men Being Bold is for any man who has completed the Men Being Real/Essentially Men workshop and is interested in continuing their journey of personal development. The workshop will explore how your mother/son patterns impacts your intimate relationships.

You don't currently need to be in an intimate relationship to find value in this workshop.

The Get Off the Concrete gathering is a place to reconnect with yourself, be inspired, relax, dream, share skills, develop friendships, come from the heart, share strength, connect with the earth, promote social action, explore creativity and be your authentic self in the company of men.​ This is a co-created experience where we all contribute.

Come and join a hearth of good men for a weekend of rich companionship and inspiring dialogue fired by the embrace of Winter and the warmth of our hearts.

Come along for a weekend at a beautiful retreat centre nestled amongst bush and fields where we gather in a hall around a fireplace to warm our spirits and bones. We develop our capacity to meet as groups of men, deepening connections, sharing our hearts, and learning from each other. When the sun comes out we can also enjoy outdoor activities on the surrounding grounds.

As the new growth of spring emerges this is an opportunity to gather with men and look to the promise of a new year and explore what is emerging.

Our gatherings offer a place to reconnect with yourself, be inspired, relax, dream, develop friendships, come from the heart, share strength, connect with the earth, and be your authentic self in the company of men.​

​The intention is to develop and extend our capacity to work facilitatively with self and another/others... as coaches, mentors, brothers.

We'll be at work with ourselves individually while we're at work with the other men coming to the workshop. We'll be bringing ourselves, as much as we can... the light and shade, useful and not useful, skillful and not skillful... to explore together openly, with curiosity and extend our own capacities of vulnerability and courage.

We invite you to bring all of yourself in the same way, your own edges for growth, an open heart and inquisitive mind. All is welcome here... we are all learning together.
